St. John’s Lutheran Church will offer Lenten midweek services on Wednesdays, February 25; March 4, 11, 18, and 25.
A noontime Lenten service will be held at 12:05 p.m. in the Chapel, and an evening service will be offered at 6:00 p.m. in the Sanctuary. The 6:00 p.m. service will feature Holden Evening Prayer, a contemplative sung litany by composer Marty Haugen.
St. John’s Lutheran Church is located at 600 6th Avenue, Des Moines, Iowa. Please use the Parish Office entrance off 600 6th Avenue for the 12:05 p.m. chapel service.
